• Human Oversight: Guaranteeing that high-risk AI systems are subject to meaningful human oversight and can be audited when required.
• Data Quality and Fairness: Applying robust data governance practices to prevent bias and discrimination, in line with the Act’s expectations for high-quality training data.
• Ongoing Compliance: Establishing internal processes to monitor regulatory updates, support conformity assessments, and prepare for oversight by relevant authorities or notified bodies.
• Staff Awareness and Training: Promoting AI literacy within our teams and ensuring that all staff involved in AI development or deployment understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to the EU AI Act.
